If 2025 had a flavour, it’d be something like a toasted sandwich with a side of cinnamon scroll — a little sweet, a little savoury, and absolutely packed with good stuff.
This year, Janus Deli officially opened our 3rd store in Slacks Creek! The love from the community has been unreal, and guess what? This location now houses our full operating bakery, meaning we can roll, knead, and bake even more of the good stuff right here on the Gold Coast. Fresh bread smell all day? Yes please.
Speaking of fresh… we jumped on one of the hottest food trends of the year and introduced our brand-new cinnamon scrolls range. Because honestly, when life gives you sugar and dough, you make scrolls. The demand for warm, comforting bakery treats has been booming, and we couldn’t resist giving our customers something to pair with their morning coffee (or their lunch… or, let’s be real, midnight snack).
We also hit some wild milestones this year — over 15,000 followers on Instagram and record-high sales across all stores. We can’t thank you enough for every like, share, order, and visit. You guys are the real MVPs behind the deli counter.
From launching new products to growing our team and serving up smiles daily, 2025 was full of happy moments. We’re heading into 2026 with big plans, full hearts, and probably a few crumbs on our aprons.
