After completing his Certificate III and IV in baking at TAFE, he honed his craft for a decade at Euro Patisserie before joining Janus Deli when we first opened our doors.
For Minsu, baking is more than a skill—it’s a form of artistry. He finds immense satisfaction in taking raw ingredients and turning them into pastries and desserts that not only taste incredible but also bring people joy.
